Inquiries and communications
When you submit a form, we receive your name, email, optional organization and message to respond to your request. Website form messages are available for follow-up for 180 days; older entries are removed during the next submission or owner review. Later email correspondence and records for contracted services follow their purpose, applicable agreement and legal obligations. Please leave out passwords, medical documents and confidential information.
Cookies and optional analytics
The site uses essential storage for language, your privacy choice and requested features. Sign-in can require platform cookies. Optional analytics start only when you choose Allow analytics. They keep a 90-day window of daily public-page and main-button click counts, with older entries removed on the next update or owner review, without visitor identifiers, search terms, messages, assessment answers or household information. Change your choice through Privacy & cookies. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional analytics off. We do not use advertising cookies, sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Operation and security
Hosting, identity, email and security providers, including OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare, process technical information needed to operate the site. To limit abuse, a protected temporary code derived from the connection counts requests in 15-minute windows. It is removed from the rate-control table after expiration at the next cleanup. Infrastructure providers can keep their own operational logs under their policies. No system is guaranteed to be invulnerable.
Providers, children and changes
We disclose information to providers needed for these purposes, authorized household members where applicable, or when law or protection of rights requires it. Providers may process information in other countries. The site is intended for adults; an adult must have authority to add notes about another person. External links have their own policies. We publish changes to this notice here with an updated date.
